The board removed from the table and approved the RESOLUTION OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF FILER BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MICHIGAN FIRE INSURANCE WITHHOLDING PROGRAM. Shirley Ball moved to take the resolution off the table; the board then adopted the resolution in a roll-call vote recorded as 7 yeas and 0 nays.
