Rob Del Ross, Milton’s deputy director of public works, presented the city's recommended project list for the proposed T‑SPLOST 3 referendum and explained the program and timeline. He said T SPLOST "stands for transportation special purpose local option sales tax" and outlined that Tier 1 would represent 85% of projected revenue and is the list the city expects to be able to deliver.
