Town Marshal and IT Director Scott Cole reported that the existing downtown speaker system on Courthouse Square needed replacement and presented the only vendor quote received. Council voted to approve Ebey Sales & Service's proposal for $10,980.00 to remove the old speakers, install new units and set up the sound system; funding will come from CCI and CCD accounts.
