The committee considered a proposed local law to clarify section 2-95-17 of the city code, which directs that dock operations stay within the usage ‘‘in effect in 2011.’’ Chair opened the item and asked staff to assemble the materials for informal and full-council review and to seek the city attorney’s advice on the best path forward.
