Elane Menzel of the National Association of Counties (NACO) provided the commissioners an annual update. After the presentation, Commissioner Frederick moved to adopt the Basil Stoner Resolution 26‑06 and Chairman Anthony Tiefenthaler seconded; the board recorded unanimous votes in favor and the resolution was adopted.
