The court approved the August 20 employee payroll (motion by Commissioner Robert Kuykendall, seconded by Commissioner Greg Gibson) and accepted July 2025 reports from Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 and Rusk County Libraries (motion by Commissioner Kuykendall, seconded by Commissioner Whitworth). The court also approved a six‑month rental lease agreement for a 2026 Brazos 40' Pitboss trailer for County Commissioner Precinct 3 Greg Gibson (motion by Gibson, seconded by Whitworth).
