Town Manager Bryce Lange presented Resolution 26‑26, seeking a first amendment with Level 5, LLC for owner’s‑representative services on the municipal building designated for the Police Department. Manager Lange stated, "The $250,000 cost for these services is fully accounted for within the $2 million project budget already approved for 2026." Councilmember Candace Nolf moved to approve the amendment and Councilmember Zach Reyes seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
