The Gratiot County Board approved a resolution authorizing an agreement to place county legal services on a monthly retainer, making outside counsel available to departments for routine legal questions. Staff told the board the monthly retainer in the packet was about $4,002.40 and that the annual total would still come in below current budgeted costs for legal services.
