Prosecuting Attorney Laura Beaver asked the Board of Commissioners to approve reclassification of three staff positions in her office after a yearlong effort to implement new case-management software. The board approved Resolution 26-3-73 to reclassify the positions and also voted to allow the prosecutor discretion to offer a candidate pay outside the usual step progression when warranted.
