Treasurer Debbie Kutz presented the board with December financials and an end-of-year summary, saying receipts for the month were $589 (a reimbursement from EMC for workers’ compensation) and disbursements totaled $20,636.96. Kutz reported $50 in petty cash, $133,317.33 in the checking account, $107,048.89 in the loan certificate of deposit and $106,133.80 in the restricted funds CD.
