The council voted unanimously to approve Resolution 2026-03, "A Resolution Authorizing the Application for a USDA Rural Business Development Grant." Alderperson Chris Little moved the resolution and Alderperson Robert Ritchart seconded; the roll call vote recorded seven yeas (Grimsley, Ketchum, Lennon, Little, Ritchart, Wilson, Wombles) and no nays.
