Staff presented a comprehensive sign package request for Lightbridge Academy (PD zoning, office land use) that would modify the town's base sign standard because the proposed ground sign sits closer than the 60-foot setback the code otherwise requires. Planning staff said the package is intended to allow meritorious design and better wayfinding for the tenant and noted Planning & Zoning recommended approval unanimously.
