The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Golis Subdivision Phase 5 final plat, a roughly 60‑acre area that will be recorded as a single open‑space lot and is largely within the floodway. Staff told commissioners the phase is largely administrative: much of the subdivision around the proposed open‑space lot is already built out and a small sliver of buildable area remains outside the mapped floodway.
