Board adds Patsy Wind Boulevard extension to MPO project list; city will fund construction
The policy board approved Resolution MPO-2026-07 to add the Patsy Wind Boulevard extension to the MPO's interim Program of Projects. Staff said the project will be city-funded but must appear on the MPO and state TIP to qualify for coordination and grant opportunities.
