Board forms small committee to compare building codes and finalize inspection points
Chair said he will convene a small committee including the building inspector and two board members to compare older '97 uniform building code to newer International Residential Code versions and to decide required inspections (footer, framing, final).

Chair said a simple committee of the building inspector, Tom Yim, Phil Deutsch and himself will compare the '97 Uniform Building Code with the 2012, 2015 and 2018 International Residential Codes to determine which inspection schedule the town should adopt. He said the committee will report back with findings to the zoning board.
