The Madison County Board of Commissioners authorized an agreement with Frostroads Community Planning LLC to provide zoning consulting services to align the county's new zoning code, verify regulatory language and provide training to enforcement staff. The presenter said the engagement is outside the original scope of the annual agreement and will add staff support for implementation and hearings.
