Council Appoints New Members to Maritime, Events and Street Task Force Committees

During its July 13 meeting the Nassau Bay City Council filled open positions on several boards and committees. Councilmember Chase Waterwall moved to appoint Carl Drechsel to the Maritime Safety Committee, Susan Lindsey to the Special Events Committee, and Edward B. Haren to the Street Task Force (unexpired term); Councilmember Ashleigh Klug seconded. The motion passed with six votes in favor and one abstention by Councilmember Sarah Horton.
