The council unanimously approved several land‑use items on Sept. 8: the replat of 18289 Briarwood Dr. in Kemp; the replat of Chestnut Street lots; the final plat for Pecan Creek Estate; and the final plat for Mabank Meadows 7‑A (LJ4C). Individual motions were made by Councilmen Daren Day and John Chappell and seconded by other council members as recorded in the minutes.
