Walgreens Massachusetts LLC (Walgreens #18361, 132 Grant/Granite St.) notified the Licensing Board of an ownership change at the corporate/holding-company level. Attorney Dawson explained the parent company had been purchased and that the licensed premise, manager and store operations would remain the same.
