The board ratified contracts for external payroll support to cover gaps while the district completes internal staffing transitions. Staff described two related contracts with the same vendor: an initial $30,000 ratification for work already performed and an amendment to increase a separate not-to-exceed contract from $75,000 to $150,000 to cover work through June 30.
