Dale Gillen, Elbert County Engineer, presented Spring Valley Ranch filing 5 phase 1 for final acceptance for asphalt maintenance only and said Public Works performed a final walk with the developer and verified deficiencies were corrected. "This phase includes streets that total 5,749 feet or 1.09 miles," Gillen said, recommending approval for final acceptance per the original subdivision improvement agreement (SSIA).
