Committee authorizes treasurer to pay possible final QSCAD bond invoice upon receipt
The board gave the treasurer authority to send a wire for principal and interest if an invoice arrives from US Bank for an apparent final QSCAD payment (roughly $25,000 principal plus interest). US Bank has told the district it may already be paid; the treasurer requested a paid-note for audit closure.

The North Bennington Prudential Committee voted to authorize the treasurer to remit payment if and when US Bank issues an invoice for the final principal and interest on the 2011 QSCAD bond.
