Commissioner McDaniel said he reviewed invoices for the comprehensive plan and identified a roughly $24,000 over-budget amount, pressing the consultant and staff for greater clarity about what the county is paying for. "I'd like to request that we get an itemized invoices before we pay any more bills," he said, adding the board needs to be able to answer constituents about project spending.
