The Cold Spring City Council on June 9 approved Resolution 25-02 authorizing a memorandum of agreement with Merus LLC for acquisition, construction, equipping and installation of a mixed‑use commercial development and authorizing preliminary action to issue Industrial Building Revenue Bonds. Council member Adam Sandfoss made the motion, which included an amendment to the acreage amount; Council member Lisa Cavanaugh seconded. The roll call vote was 5 yes, 1 no (Cindy Moore).
