The Board approved deploying the remaining $4,182.17 in Cole County ARPA funds on a group of small public-works and safety projects. The items discussed and approved included repair of two walking-trail culverts estimated at $1,400, a park bench at Main and Broadway estimated at $550, trail cameras estimated at $500, and repair of a damaged gate at the ballfield estimated at $650. Trustee Heather Hunger moved to proceed and Trustee Paula Hinshaw seconded; the motion passed on a voice vote.
