Emergency Manager Tom Perez told the board he attended the Missouri River Expo and a floodplain-management webinar and that he has renewed floodplain-manager certifications. Perez also reported on a recent LEPC all-hazards meeting and said he spoke with the Pender East Bridge project manager, noting NDOT plans to sit down and plan a future closure as part of a multi-phased project.
