City Manager Zack Daniel told the Planning Commission that the budget hearing and related RNR had been officially noticed to the City Commission and that the proposed FY2027 budget would reduce the mill levy by 0.625 mill. "The budget proposes a 0.625 decrease in the mill levy for FY2027," Daniel said.
