During the public comment portion of the Oct. 19 meeting, Manoj, who identified himself as the property manager for the Super 8 at 1709 U.S. Highway 287, asked whether prepaid reservations for an event running Oct. 21–24 could be honored despite the revoked certificate of occupancy.
