Owners Drew Anthony Richard and Julie Richard asked the commission for a 30‑day extension to complete a survey and engineering analysis and to coordinate repairs with the adjoining property at 3024 Timber Trail. The Richards said the wall largely sits on the neighbor's lot and cited recorded covenants assigning maintenance to the lot whose soil is retained.
