Chairman Farrington called the Town of Fulton Town Board to order at 6:00 p.m. and the board moved promptly into routine licensing business. The board approved new operator licenses for Dawn Kinnett and John Kinnett on a motion by Board Member Thompson, seconded by Board Member Sayre; the motion carried.
