Court operations update: Arapahoe County adds judges, expands magistrate resources and competency docket
Chief Judge Michelle Amico told the board the county secured two district court judges (one effective 07/01/2025, another July 2026), converted magistrate FTE into two magistrate positions, reduced caseloads and is expanding competency dockets and Littleton Courthouse capacity.
