During questions about complementary programs, Sarah Wong explained the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing option the city uses for energy-efficiency investments. She said the city works closely with the Alamo Area Council of Governments (ACOG) and the Texas PACE Authority, which provide service and finance providers for eligible projects such as HVAC replacement, lighting upgrades and solar installations.
