The Keya Paha County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved an agreement Tuesday to appoint Elizabeth Yost as the county’s highway superintendent from Feb. 10, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2026. Commissioner Frederick made the motion and Commissioner Nilson seconded; all three commissioners voted yes.
