Committee recommends $180,557.02 pay application for Brewery Creek Subdivision Phase 1
Mark Digman updated the committee that underground utilities for Phase 1 are near completion and roads are targeted for graveling and paving by September; the committee recommended approval of Pay Application #2 for Owens Excavating & Trenching, Inc. in the amount of $180,557.02.

Mark Digman told the committee that Owen's Construction expects to complete all underground utilities for Phase 1 and place gravel on Phase 1 roadways by the end of the week. Alliant Energy is tentatively scheduled to begin gas and electric installations on July 27. Digman reported that the storm sewer installation on Antoine Street was completed that day.
