The St. Louis City Council approved two personnel appointments on Jan. 20. On a motion by William R. Leonard supported by Robin W. Hart, Chief Richard Ramereiz was appointed to the Mid‑Michigan Area Group Narcotics Enforcement (MAGNET) Board.
