During public comments Sharon Neubauer of Lake Drive thanked the Village for publishing meeting minutes in the paper and expressed frustration that 60 new homes are receiving utility services while 17 homes on the peninsula in Decatur Township cannot access the same services. The minutes record: "Ms. Neubauer expressed her frustration at the Council about the 60 new homes getting utility services but the 17 homes on the peninsula located in Decatur township cannot."
