Mayor Vicki Sanson presided over a July 7 council meeting that approved a conditional use permit to allow a second accessory structure of 1,000 square feet at 246 Shoreview. City Manager Kim Dobbs presented the application and noted required public notice had been provided. Applicant Scott West and his representative Patricio Castro described site specifics, including the concrete foundation and that there would be "no electrical or plumbing in the shell building."
