At the July 21 meeting Controller Patty Parks led a budget work session presenting goals and objectives from the City's Strategic Plan, council budget priorities, regulatory requirements, FY 2025–26 financial projections and proposed revenues and expenditures for FY 2026–27. The presentation included the tax rate, fee schedule and updates to the Capital Improvements Plan (CIP).
