Shamrock Park Phase 2 design RFP planned; parking and path work expected later this year

Philip updated the board on planned work at Shamrock Park, saying the DDA will issue an RFP to design and reconfigure the park's parking lot and entrances as part of a Phase 2 project. "We will be putting out an RFP for, these services, to design the, redesign the parking lot area," he said, adding that work will likely shift a parking area toward the Public Works utility yard and occur no earlier than the end of the year.
