District staff described an informational proposal from VerticalBridge to place a camouflaged tower in a tree line on district property at 175th in Ridgeview. "They are proposing about placing a cell phone tower on our property that we own at 175th in Ridgeview," Mark Williams said, and that the company proposed an upfront payment and $1,200 per month with a 2% annual escalation.
