Bond update: construction advancing; contingencies largely steady
District bond manager reported progress on CTE and commons footings, a pending slab pour, steel deliveries and a target to fully enclose the high school by January; elementary and HVAC contingencies remain, respectively, about $185,000 over and just under $900,000.

Mister Williams presented an updated bond status report, telling the board that construction crews are pouring footings for the CTE addition and will move on to the commons footings, with a slab pour expected "sometime this week" and steel arriving later in the month. He said the district hopes to have the project fully enclosed by January, weather permitting.
