At its Aug. 19 meeting the Jackson County Legislature adopted a consent agenda that included several procurement actions: an award for sheriff vehicles and ATVs to S and H Farm Supply for $48,053 (resolution 22427); a 12-month contract extension for pump maintenance services with Alliance Pump and Mechanical Services; purchase of heavy equipment (an asphalt recycler and a motor grader) for Public Works under sourcewell contracts totaling $375,663 for equipment and $11,723 for other items (resolution 22429); and a 12-month term supply contract with Heartland Business Systems for IT/GIS products and services (22430).
