Library drainage problem and water unit service reported
Staff reported a plugged drain causing wetting near laundry equipment at the environmental library; a Culligan water unit was serviced (screen cleaned) rather than replaced.

Staff member told the meeting there was "a drain issue in the environmental library" that had caused water near the laundry area and that crews had snaked and cleaned lines. The condition had led to repeated wetting problems; after service, "since that has been done, they haven't had any issues with the cooling of the units," staff said.
