Board members reviewed a revised Long Range Plan for Pelican Sound gatehouse and neighborhood monument work. Eric Long said the Traffic Calming Project (radar sign and traffic camera) was completed at a cost of $26,739, and that a backup irrigation well—estimated at $291,500—is near completion; Long expects the current pump to be installed and operational within weeks.
