The commission approved a tentative parcel map application from Atlantic Bridgeville Company to correct a historic title/mapping defect for parcels near Mason Valley (PLZ-2026-062). Senior planner Lisa Nash said the split dates to about 1991 and staff view the request as an administrative correction to ensure parcels are legally recorded; the parcels are in a heavy industrial suburban designation under the master plan and meet zoning standards.
