The board approved a custodial services contract for the Three Rivers Courthouse with CT Cleaners at a three-days-per-week level priced at $405.00. Commissioner Christina Yunker moved to approve the 3-day, $405.00 option (in lieu of the presented 5-day, $675.00 proposal); Commissioner Rusty Baker seconded. The motion passed 5–2, with Commissioners Luis Rosado and Chairman Jared Hoffmaster voting no.
