District engineers reported progress on drainage improvements, noted work by Clarke Construction, and discussed Change Order #2 in the amount of $6,353.12 and an original bid contingency of approximately $112,000.

District Engineer Charlie Krebs and PSGRC General Manager Eric Long updated the board on drainage improvements. Clarke Construction is performing much of the work; improvements at Turnberry are nearly complete, and work at Palmetto Dunes and Sound III is complete with sod replaced and trees installed. Oak Run (Lakes 8) is currently being sodded but progress has been delayed by rain.
