Staff member Matt asked the board to amend Resolution 116 to correct the contract amount listed for an IT/data-center HVAC maintenance contract, saying the dispatch HVAC line had been copied incorrectly and the correct figure should be used in finance records. "So what I'm looking to do is, amend resolution 1 16 with the finance to change that 1 contract 1009 96," Matt said. The item was moved, seconded and the motion carried.
