Staff reported that the Solid Waste Advisory Committee voted unanimously on Oct. 1 to recommend Chad Sutter for reappointment and asked the board to place that appointment on the Nov. 4 business meeting agenda. A commissioner said Sutter has been "a really good member of the board or of the committee" and highlighted his engagement with committee members.
