During the Oct. 13, 2026 Muskogee County Excise Board budget meeting, the board approved minutes from previous meetings on Aug. 17 and Sept. 14, 2026. Vice Chairman Charles Lamont moved to approve each set of minutes and Member Stephen Wright seconded; both motions passed unanimously.
